Call, Text & Data Costs

• Unlimited calls has a fair usage of 3,000 mins per user per month and includes National and Local Calls starting 01, 02 & 03, standard UK mobile networks, Vodafone Voicemail and calls to Vodafone on 191. It does not include Directory Enquiries, non-geographic numbers starting 08, paging or fixed fee calls, personally numbers (usually starting 070), Premium Rate calls, short code calls, video calling or roaming calls. There is no 60 minute call duration limit.

• Unlimited texts has a fair usage of 3,000 per user per month and only applies to standard SMS. It does not include MMS, short-code texts or roaming texts.

• If a customer exceeds the fair usage limit they will be informed by Yes Telecom to moderate their usage. On the second occasion, charging will be applied at a rate of 10p/minute for inclusive calls and 10p/text for inclusive text messages.

• Call Return from Voicemail is included in inclusive minutes provide that the call is (i) returned through Voicemail Call Return feature and (ii) is to a destination number which is included in Vodafone Business Clarity.

• Calls diverted to a destination number included in Vodafone Business Clarity are included in inclusive minutes.

• UK International calls@12ppm to Europe/North America, 30ppm to Rest of World. FREE European Roaming between June 1st – August 31st .

• Video calls @ 29.7ppm (preferred)/46.8ppm (other networks)

Abolished Roaming Costs

• Between 1June and 31August, customers on Your Plan for Small Business tariffs that include Vodafone Passport (defaulted unless specified on the contract), will not need to pay the 64p (ex. VAT) connection charge when making or receiving calls and texts in applicable Vodafone Passport countries.*

• Any calls and texts sent or received will, in the first instance, be used from the customers inclusive bundle, then in the second instance, be charged at the customer’s standard rate. Please be aware that the promotion does not include Data e.g. emails, web browsing and applications that use a data connection.

500MB with BIS/WME: Subject to a fair usage policy of 500MB/month; UK use only. BlackBerry device required for use of BIS software, WME service works on selected devices (call 0800 1700 170 for a list of compatible handsets; all other devices benefit from 500MB standard data).

Roaming Voice Bundles

Applicable with all tariffs that do not include Vodafone Passport and must be added at handset level to new or upgrading customers from April 1st.

Opt-in: Can be added at any point in the month (begin at date of issue and last 30 days). If added mid-contract, it will be classed as a downward tariff migration (refer to the policy on page 23). Only one Bundle per 30 days, bundle can not be changed mid-term.

Unused minutes do not roll over.

Contract: Can only be added at the point of connection and last a minimum of 12 months. Bundles can not be changed during each 30 day period but can be upgraded to a higher bundle or change zone at the end of any 30 day period. Customers may downgrade once during their 12 month term. Unused minutes do not roll over. If the customer’s contract ends early for whatever reason, Vodafone reserves the right to charge them the monthly fee for each month remaining on the contracted term.
